| Current Young Professionals, front, share their experiences with prospective students |
The people that make Genesys Works a success are its
Young Professionals. They work in the 37 companies we partner
with; they positively represent the organization in
the community; and they essentially make the Genesys Works name a
lasting one.
One of the ways that our Young Professionals spread the word about the Genesys Works opportunity is by bringing a current junior to the annual “Bring a Friend Night” event. Here, interested applicants learn more about the program by giving impromptu speeches, competing in a computer set up relay, and asking questions to current Young Professionals about their jobs.
This year, the event
successfully brought 45 Young Professionals and 76 prospective Young
Professionals to our office and training site in downtown St. Paul. The event boosted our current student applications received to 400! Click below to view more photos from the event.
