We wish to extend our sincere thanks to the kind folks at Accenture for their continued support of the Genesys Works program in the Twin Cities. Accenture recently donated 85 PCs to help us outfit three new training rooms as we prepare to train and equip more than 150 students this summer with the skills they need to succeed not only in their year-long IT internships, but in college and life beyond. Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company with more than 215,000 employees in 53 countries, has been a generous supporter of the Genesys Works program, not only in the Twin Cities where it currently employs 8 GW Young Professionals in two client sites (Best Buy and Navitaire), but in Houston and Chicago as well.
Genesys Works is one of four international non-profit groups featured in a short 2 minute video prepared by Accenture as part of their global “Skills to Succeed” initiative. Please click on the video link and see Genesys Works founder, Rafael Alvarez, share his thoughts on the role Accenture has played in our program’s growth.
